📦 Shipping Timelines

Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days.
You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on the way.

🔁 Returns and Order Issues

We want you to feel good about what you ordered. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will fix it.

Because our products are custom and often seasonal, all sales are final unless there is a verified quality issue. We do not accept returns for reasons like changing your mind or wishing you had chosen a different item.

⚠️ If There Is a Problem With Your Order

To help you quickly, please complete these steps:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Email a clear photo of the issue to family@ferndesignco.com.

  3. Once we review the information, we will either:

    • send a free replacement, or

    • issue a refund within 5 business days.
