Where Parents Begin
Most parents who come here are looking for help with routines, emotional overload, or kids who need predictability to feel safe. You may feel like your days are chaotic or that your child depends on constant reminders. You want something simple that actually works.
That is why these visual systems were created. They give kids structure they can see, and give parents a break from repeating the same things all day long.

Monthly Calendar Boards
Why I built it: I first made a Monthly Calendar for Beckham when transitions felt impossible and he needed to see what was coming in a bigger way. He was nonverbal at the time and having the month laid out helped calm so much anxiety for him.
How parents use it now: Families use the Monthly Board to map out school events, therapy appointments, sports, family nights, and everything in between. It keeps everyone on the same page so mornings and transitions feel smoother.

Daily Boards
Why I built them: The Daily Boards started when everyday tasks were overwhelming for Beckham and I was repeating the same instructions all day. We needed something visual and simple that he could follow independently. Later, when Thea and Crew were younger, the boards helped them too but in different ways. Thea needed predictability and her own choices. Crew needed fewer surprises.
How parents use them now: Families use the Routine Board when clear step by step structure makes the day feel easier. The Balanced Board works well for kids who want choices or need variety to stay regulated. Both help kids move through their day with less pushback and more confidence.
Weekly Boards
Why I built them: The Weekly Boards came later when my kids outgrew step by step daily schedules. Once Beckham and Thea understood their routines, they were ready to look at the week as a whole. They wanted to see dance, baseball, chores, schoolwork, and fun plans without needing daily resets.
How parents use them now: Parents use the Weekly Tracker when their child is ready for more independence. It helps families see the big picture and lets kids plan ahead, break tasks into smaller pieces, and feel responsible for what the week holds. It is perfect for older kids or families with lots of moving parts.
Reward Path Board
Why I built it: I made the Reward Path Board during a season when Beckham needed motivation that felt flexible but still consistent. He does better when rewards shift depending on the day and the movable stars helped him accept that some rewards come sooner and others take more time. Crew used it for potty training and loved choosing his Build a Bear prize.
How parents use it now: Families use the Reward Path for chores, homework, emotional goals, morning routines, or long term goals. The movable stars help both neurodivergent and neurotypical kids practice patience, follow through, and self regulation in a way that feels encouraging.
