The Adulting Board started as a tool for me. ADHD as an adult means juggling things kids never have to. Putting the workday on the board takes some of that mental load off so I can actually do the work, not just remember what work needs doing.

How It Works

Place the clings. Press them onto the smooth surface of your acrylic board. They stick by static, no adhesive needed.
Build the workday. Place clings in the order that fits your day: prep, deep work, meetings, breaks, wrap-up.
Clean when needed. If a cling stops sticking, just wipe it clean with a damp cloth. They keep their grip for years.

Care for Clings

Use wet erase markers only. Dry erase markers can damage the printed surface over time.
If a cling stops sticking, it likely needs a quick clean. Dust and debris can collect on the back and prevent adhesion.
Wash gently in warm soapy water, rinse well, and let dry face down on a towel.
Avoid sharp objects when applying or removing clings to prevent tears or punctures.
