These tools help kids figure out what they are feeling and what to do about it. That sounds simple but for a lot of kids, especially autistic children, kids with ADHD, and anxious kids, it is really hard without something visual to point to.

The Spot the Feelings Board was developed with a school psychologist. Kids point to how they feel instead of having to find the words. It builds I feel and I need language over time.

The Zones Board was developed with an occupational therapist using the color zones framework many schools and clinics already use. It helps kids notice their energy level and body cues so they can start to self-regulate.
