How It Works

The Grow Who You Are Workbook is built around simple visuals and guided reflection.

Each topic starts with a poster that introduces a positive skill or idea, followed by a worksheet that helps kids think, talk, and apply it in their own life.

You can print the full workbook, choose specific topics, or display the posters as visual reminders. The included mini workbook invites kids to notice three good things each day for a week, creating small daily moments of gratitude and confidence.

Use it during family time, morning meetings, counseling sessions, or one-on-one learning. The focus is progress, not perfection—just small steps that help kids feel proud of who they’re becoming.
