Two emotions can live in the same body at the same time. Most kids have not been taught that yet. The Spot Feelings Posters were built to help kids notice the difference between anxious and overwhelmed, peaceful and calm, sad and lonely. The kind of vocabulary that takes a meltdown and turns it into a conversation.

How It Works

  1. Purchase and download. The PDF download link will be sent to your email after checkout.
  2. Print. Print on standard 8.5x11 paper at home or at a local print shop.
  3. Display. Hang in the kid's bedroom, classroom, therapy office, or wherever emotional check-ins happen.

Pair this with the Spot the Feelings Board for the full physical-and-digital emotional regulation setup. The board lets kids point and select. The posters give them the vocabulary.
