I made the first Reward Path for Beckham when his school team needed a motivator that was visible and reusable. Sticker charts kept getting lost or torn. These markers stayed. They moved with him. They still do.

1. Set the goal. Pick what your child is working toward and place a marker at the end of the path.
2. Move along the path. Each time they hit the behavior or task, they move a star forward.
3. Reset and run it again. When they reach the end, celebrate, then reset for the next goal.

Let your child pick the reward. Buy-in matters more than the reward itself.
