Beckham's team used token boards for years. The system worked, but the materials never lasted. Velcro tokens fell off. Magnets got lost. Paper got crumpled. So I made these. How It Works

Set the goal. Decide how many tokens your child needs to earn before they get the reinforcer. Three tokens. Five tokens. Whatever fits the moment.
Earn tokens. Place tokens on the board as your child completes the task. They see the progress as it happens.
Get the reinforcer. Once all tokens are earned, your child gets what they were working toward. Reset and run it again.

Start with fewer tokens than you think. Building success first matters more than building stamina.

Care for Clings

Use wet erase markers only. Dry erase markers can damage the printed surface over time.
If a cling stops sticking, it likely needs a quick clean. Dust and debris can collect on the back and prevent adhesion.
Wash gently in warm soapy water, rinse well, and let dry face down on a towel.
Avoid sharp objects when applying or removing clings to prevent tears or punctures.

In-stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund any verified defects within 5 business days.
