Care for Clings

  • DO NOT use dry erase markers on your clings. The chemicals in dry erase markers can strip the ink off the cling material. We recommend using wet erase markers for a long-lasting effect.
  • If your clings are no longer sticking, they’re not defective—just in need of a little cleaning. Over time, dust and debris can collect on the back of the clings, which prevents them from adhering properly. Simply clean them, and they’ll stick like new!
  • To clean your clings, fill a sink or bowl with warm water and add a small amount of dish soap. Gently swish the clings around in the soapy water. If needed, use a paper towel or cleaning cloth to rub off any visible dirt. After rinsing them with clean warm water, gently shake off any excess and let them dry face down on a towel.
  • Avoid using sharp objects to apply or remove the clings, as this can cause tears or punctures in the material.

In-stock items will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Should any issues arise with your order, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and provide a photo showing the issue. Once verified, we will gladly resend or refund any defective items.

Please note: we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality (such as a change of mind or a preference for a different product).

For the fastest resolution, please follow these steps if there’s an issue:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Submit a photograph clearly showing the issue.
  3. If we verify a mistake, we will send a replacement or issue a refund within 5 business days.
