Why I Created the School Board

Beckham needed to know what was coming. Not because he was difficult. Because his nervous system needed the plan before his body could settle into the day.

The School Board was built for that. It shows what is happening now and what comes next. Subjects, transitions, services. All of it visible, all of it moveable.

Teachers use it. Homeschool parents use it. Therapists use it. It brings calm structure to busy days without adding more work for the adults running them.

  • From Uncertainty

  • To Clarity and Confidence

Feeling This? Imagine This Instead:
Kids ask what is happening next all day and you feel like you cannot keep up. They check the board, find their place in the day, and feel more in control.
Transitions feel loud and rushed and some students get overwhelmed. Visual cues guide them from one part of the day to the next with less stress.
Students miss pull outs or specials because they forget what is coming. Clear icons for speech, OT, PE, and more help them stay prepared.
Homeschool days feel scattered and everyone asks what to do next. The day follows a calm, simple flow the whole family can follow.
Some students feel anxious when the plan changes without warning. They stay steady because they can see updates in real time on the board.

How It Works

Hang it where students can see it. Add a cling for each subject, transition, and service. Move them as the day unfolds. Students check the board on their own instead of asking what is next.

1. Set Up the School Board

Choose your size. Attach the included magnetic hardware. Hang it where every student can see it throughout the day.

2. Add the Visual Clings

Add a cling for each part of the day. Subjects like math, reading, or science. Transitions like recess or lunch. Services like speech, OT, or social skills. The board shows all of it at a glance.

3. Update As the Day Changes

Move clings when the schedule changes. Students see it on the board. They know what is coming. No announcement needed.

4. Let Students Check In

Students check in on their own. Fewer questions. Fewer interruptions. More confidence from start to finish.

Why Our School Board?

Real Life Success Stories

“The emotional regulation board was such a game changer for my family that I got more to use at my school. I am the behavior coach so I often help kids de-escalate from emotional meltdowns. This board works across all ages to help kids manage their own emotions. I find it particularly helpful for kids who don’t want to discuss how they are feeling. By using the board with the clings it helps them regulate their own emotions. Seriously these boards are such a lifesaver!” — Kate, Behavior Coach

“I love this board! I work with kids in a school setting and it helps me keep organized and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.”
