Feelings & Emotions | Spot the Feelings gives your kid the visual vocabulary to name what they're feeling. Designed with a school psychologist using the I feel / I need framework, this sheet covers the core emotions kids actually experience, in a format they can point to when words won't come.

Use them in the moment. When your kid is escalating, point to the board. They pick what they feel.
Clean when needed. If a cling stops sticking, just wipe it clean with a damp cloth. They keep their grip for years.

Practice when your kid is calm. The skill needs to exist before the meltdown does.

Care for Clings

Use wet erase markers only. Dry erase markers can damage the printed surface over time.
If a cling stops sticking, it likely needs a quick clean. Dust and debris can collect on the back and prevent adhesion.
Wash gently in warm soapy water, rinse well, and let dry face down on a towel.
Avoid sharp objects when applying or removing clings to prevent tears or punctures.
