Feelings & Emotions | Zones is the focused cling sheet for kids using the Zones of Regulation framework. The four zones, the energy levels inside each one, and a starter set of feelings kids actually experience day to day. Designed with an OT, used in real classrooms and therapy rooms.

Place the zones. Press the four Zones clings onto the smooth surface of your acrylic board.
Add the feelings. Place the feelings clings near the matching zone so kids can point to what they're feeling.
Clean when needed. If a cling stops sticking, just wipe it clean with a damp cloth. They keep their grip for years.

Practice the system when your kid is calm. The naming has to happen before the dysregulation, not during it.

Care for Clings

Use wet erase markers only. Dry erase markers can damage the printed surface over time.
If a cling stops sticking, it likely needs a quick clean. Dust and debris can collect on the back and prevent adhesion.
Wash gently in warm soapy water, rinse well, and let dry face down on a towel.
Avoid sharp objects when applying or removing clings to prevent tears or punctures.
