Beckham's team taught me that the reinforcer matters as much as the task. If your kid doesn't actually want what they're working for, the system breaks down. So we made the menu deep. Twenty-five options. Let the student pick.

1. Build the reward menu. Place 4-6 reinforcer clings on the board so the student can see their options.
2. Let the student choose. They pick their reinforcer for the work session. That choice goes in the Then slot.
3. Clean when needed. If a cling stops sticking, just wipe it clean with a damp cloth. They keep their grip for years.

Rotate the reward menu every week or two. Same reward gets old. New options keep the system working.
